Arkansas Clerks
The Regional Meeting is fast approaching (November 31 – December 2, 2007).
We plan to do a “goodie” bag for each clerk that registers for the meeting.
We need lots of “goodies” for this many bags. We are hoping for at least seventy to seventy five clerks to register.
If you have something your city can donate we would appreciate it. It can be something that has your city logo on it, t-shirts advertising some event your city holds, coffee mugs, any kind of treats that are wrapped (candies, etc.) , city pins, any item you think would be a good item to put in the bags.
Any suggestions or other ideas on how to make these bags special let me know.
You can start sending your donations now, and we will start sorting and organizing the items for each bag.
