The annual Municipal Clerk's Institute (MCI) is facilitated by Kim Jones with the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. This annual training provides specific skill sets and training for all Arkansas Municipal Clerks, Recorders, & Treasurers.

The International Insititue of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) offers education credits for every IIMC accredited course you complete. These credits go toward becoming a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) and a Master Municipal Clerk (MMC). Please click the button below to learn more.

ACCRTA also has a certification program. Upon completion of the program you become a Certified Arkansas Municipal Clerk (CAMC).
